Annie Margaret Echols was born Florence County on October 7, 1944  to the late Freedman and Ida Bell Jordan  of Florence, South Carolina. She departed this life on Friday, December 17, 2021.

Annie Margaret was employed and retired from Florence School District No. One and was a member of Southern Calvary Baptist Church.

Annie Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband Fred Echols Sr.; her sons Fred Echols Jr., and Michael Echols; sister Vella Skinner, her special daughter Theresa Echols, and grandson DaRon Echols.

Annie Margaret is survived by her son Ronald Echols; her sister Kate McDaniels of Florence, South Carolina;  brother Samuel L. Jordan (Janice) of Florence, South Carolina; her grandchildren whom she loved, adored, and NEVER stopped praying for; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins
