She also assisted in raising Benjie and Matt Hayes, Kisha and Demetrius Phillips (deceased), Sherry Phillips, Toya, Jetta, and Fitzgerald Timmons, and the children of Stacie Weekfall-Simmons.
Annie Joe leaves to cherish fond memories two nephews, Terrance Duncan of Florence, SC, and Robert Lee Phillips of Pamplico, SC; a niece, Gwendolyn "Cookie" Eaddy; Lillian Mae Duncan, who is considered to be a sister; two special cousins, Sharon L. Davis of Florence, SC, and Jacqueline D. LeGree of Bluffton, SC; a host of great nieces, nephews, family, and friends; and a dear friend, Ms. Ada Graham.
