Mrs. Audrey Barr King was born December 5, 1955 in Florence, SC. She was the
daughter of the late Solomel Saul Barr, Sr. and Mary Hannah Barr. She departed this
earthly life on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at the Medical University of South Carolina in
Florence, SC.

Audrey grew up in Florence, SC and was educated in the public schools of Florence
County. She was the wife of the late Mr. Willie "Randy" King of Florence, SC. She was
a faithful member of Christian Love Tabernacle #2 until her health declined.
In addition to her parents, Audrey was preceded in death by her husband Randy and
two sisters, Earlie Street and Gwendolyn Barr Brown.

Audrey leaves to cherish her precious memories: her children, Darlene Barr of
Florence, SC; Shannon "Nucat" (Delores) King of Portsmouth, VA; Teresa K. Mitchell of
Columbia, SC; Carl "Man" King of Florence, SC; and Grace (Ron) King of Effingham,
SC; her sisters, Ella Lue Briggs of Florence, SC; Dr. Janice Barr (Pastor Samuel)
Jordan of Florence, SC; and Gail (Terry) Waiters of Timmonsville, SC; her brothers, Saul
(Willa) Barr, Jr of Florence, SC.; Johnnie (Corrine) Barr of Darlington, SC ; James Barr
of Florence, SC, Charles (Brenda) Barr of Florence, SC; and Calvin "Sonny" Barr of
Myrtle Beach, SC; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Diane King; Sarah King; and Marian K.
(Willie) Wilson, all of Florence, SC; her grandchildren, Chimyra (Latroy) Tomlinson of
Portsmouth, VA; Tevin Cunningham of Newport News, VA; Kelly Stephenson of
Florence, SC; Jonathan Mitchell of Columbia, SC; Jalen Mitchell of Columbia, SC,
Shan'asia McCrae of Florence, SC; and Alyssa Hyman of Effingham, SC; her great
grandchildren, Mickennzye, Noah, and Braylen of Portsmouth, VA; and a host of nieces,
nephews and other loving family and friends.
