Clifton Mason was born in Florence County on April 16, 1940 to the late Clifton Daniels and Ida Moses. He was reared by the late Ed and Eula Mason. Early Sunday morning on October 22, our heavenly father called our Christian servant Mr. Clifton Mason home.

Mr. Mason was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church where he served on the choir and the Methodist man. He retired from the Shaw Lumber Company as a truck driver where he worked for many years. His hobbies included fishing with his buddy Mr. Johnny Davis, he loved old westerns and monster movies.

Clifton leaves to cherish his loving memories his brothers Charles Rush of Florence, SC and David White of Charlotte NC; a special aunt Dora Bostick of Brooklyn, New York; a niece Terry; a nephew Chris of New Jersey; a special honor to Lottie (Johnny) White of Florence, SC; his sister Ella Mae (George) Spears of  Newark, New Jersey whom all played a big part in his life; a host other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 506 Keels Road, Florence.
