We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Leroy Kelly.

Leroy Kelly was born in Florence, South Carolina on June 26, 1949, to the late James and Elsie Robinson Kelly. He was called to his heavenly home on Tuesday, February 1, 2023.

Leroy was educated in the public schools of Florence County. He was employed for several years with Bickett Distributing Company and the City of Florence as a sanitation worker. He loved to play video games and owned over 100 games. He loved to watch westerns, and his favorite sports team was the Chicago Bulls. He was affectionately called "Kelly" by family and friends. Leroy was very loving, kind and giving and would help anyone he could. He had a great big smile that would light up any room.

Left to cherish his memories and mourn his passing is a host of family and friends.
