Mr. Rayford Lee Cain was born on October 13, 1959, in Pamplico, SC, to the late Jasper and Elizabeth Cain. He entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Rayford attended the public schools of Florence County. He was highly intellectual and gifted in mathematics. Due to his hard work and dedication, he graduated from high school in his junior year. He was employed by Georgia Pacific for over 25 years. He was known for his tireless work ethic and humble demeanor.

Rayford fellowshipped at Bethel Apostolic Church under the leadership of Bishop Harry Lee Williams. He was an avid bible reader and had a passion for hearing the word of God.

In addition to his parents, he was processed in death by two siblings: Lezelle Brooks (John) and Weatherford Cain (Daisy).
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife of 45 years Ella Mae Cain of Florence, SC; son Reginald Cain (Rachell) of Rose Hill, NC; three grandchildren (Ken'dreya, Lauren, Reginald Jr.), brother, Delmore Cain (Annette) of Columbia, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family appreciates all the prayers and love bestowed upon them during their time of bereavement. The family is receiving friends at the residence, 3203 Cato Road, Florence, SC.
