Tracey Lashang Daniels departed this earthly life on Sunday January 15, 2023. She was born, December 10, 1970, in Florence County a daughter of Leroy Daniels and the late Lois Daniels. Tracey attended the public schools of Florence County and was a 1989 graduate of Wilson High School, she later continued her education at Florence Darlington Technical College. Tracey was a former employee of Francis Marion University for over 10 years as a clerk and preparation cook.

Tracey was proceeded in death by her mother Lois Daniels, paternal grandmother, Lula Moore, brother Travis Johnson, her maternal grandparents, Mr. Dimplee and Minnie Paige, Uncle David Paige, and Aunt Carolyn Pugh.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Tracey. Tracey was a loving, happy, energetic person, and was a caregiver. She loved helping others in any way she could but most importantly she loved her family and grandchildren they were her jewels to her.

Those left to cherish her memories are: her life partner, Bryan Cusaack; two sons, Joshua and Justin Daniels; one daughter Jenea Daniels all residing in Florence, SC; her father, Leroy Daniels of Orangeburg, SC; three brothers, Travis Donson, Leon Johnson and Tony Dargon of Florence, SC ; two sisters, Ashley Ervin and Ty Johnson of Florence, SC; aunts, Bernice Davis, Mary (Larry) Paige both of Florence, SC, Dora(Alphonso) Arthur of Darlington, SC and Mildred Williams of New Jersey; three uncles, Freddie and Andrew Paige of Florence, SC and Willie Paige of Charlotte, NC; four grandchildren, Ka'Niylah Washington -Daniels of Georgia, Laylanii Daniels, Kazleigh Daniels, and Journee Daniels all of Florence, SC; special friends, Alecia Taylor, Erika Scott, Dionne Perry and Pamela Hunt;  a host of other  family members and friends.
