Willie Mae Brewer was born on December 25, 1945, to the late William and Nellie Johnson. She passed away on June 10, 2025.

Willie Mae drew comfort in dedicating her time by spreading the word as a Jehovah's Witness.  She loved gardening and shopping and was a very fashionable, feisty lady. She will be remembered and missed for being an honest, outspoken, and God-fearing woman.

In addition to her parents, Willie Mae was preceded in death by her two grandmothers, Maebell Smith and Eula Richardson; Her husband, Oscar Brewer; four children Brenda, Linda, Eddie, and Andrew Johnson; eight siblings:  Jessie Bell Peoples, Heneretta Peoples, Jacqueline Brown, Peggy Washington, Robert Lee Johnson, James Johnson, Jack Johnson, and Charles Johnson; and one grandson Brandon Moore.

Those left to cherish her memories are her 12 grandchildren: Adrienne Titus, Lola Leonard, Monique Hannah, Nikida Johnson, Anthony Johnson, Typrice Freeman, Aquarius Moore, Octavia Moore, Adrian Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Jamel Johnson, and Eddie Johnson, Jr.; a host of great grandchildren, great -great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
